The Daily News loves Jesse White

I just sent a care package to my close personal friend Jesse White, Illinois Secretary of State and master tumbler. After more than two months of work, I was finally able to put our incorporation papers into an envelope and send it off. Which made me realize that starting a new news organization is a lot about paper-pushing and not so much about journalism. I hope that will change as things move along, and that we will soon be producing fascinating news stories instead of filling out legal forms. Onward.
